Healthy Grilling Option: Corn

For healthy summer grilling, throw on some corn! Its packed with fiber and it also provides you with several vitamins, including folic acid, niacin, and vitamin C.  Fresh corn is great on its own, so keep it healthy and skip the butter + salt.

Is so easy, anybody can do it:
1. Peel of a few layers of the husk & trim off strands of silk from the top so it doesn't burn.
2. Soak the corn in a big pot of water for 15 to 20 minutes to prevent the husks from burning.
3. Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning every so often.
4. Peel & eat. Its easier to peel if you grab it with paper towels, it's going to be hot & nobody wants to wait.

calories in < calories out

1,000 crunches a day won’t guarantee you a flat stomach. Eat healthy and circuit train 3x a week. The combination of weight training and cardio will get you burning calories and developing muscle. When you burn more than you take in, you’ll start losing weight and the muscle that you develop will boost your metabolism. You’ll burn more calories throughout the day and lose more weight. You’ll see those abs soon enough. It’s won't be easy and you can't expect to see results over night, but stick with it and it will be worth it. Eat right (nobody said diet) and exercise, it'll happen.
Keep going and you will get there, consistency is the key to success.
